MARY K. HARTIGAN, Attorney at Law

 Mary Hartigan's law practice centers on helping companies assess and manage legal risk in their everyday operations. Examples include: rationalizing contracting practices; protecting trade secrets; instituting a company-centered document retention program; evaluating the legal risk profile of business options; and, litigation to enforce contracts.

 

Her clients are generally companies where a small group of owner-managers are in charge – often in family businesses. Past and present clients have been in specialty construction, giftware, manufacturing, oil industry, medical device manufacturers, ink, and charitable foundations.

Mary is admitted to practice in Illinois and California.

Mary became a board member of IFI in 2005.
