 The structure of Illinois Fatherhood Initiative is committed to two very important principles:
 

1) Efficiency by avoiding duplication of services;  and

2) Keeping a small staff and relying on Volunteers to drive our mission.
 

Therefore our partnerships with foundations, corporations and other social service and governmental agencies are essential for IFI to succeed.
