KENNETH SLEPICKA Ken has more than twenty years experience in the financial industry, most notably as a director of several public companies as well as a senior consultant/advisor to several start-up initiatives including a biotechnology and pharmaceutical training. |

Mr. Slepicka is currently the CEO of Synthonics, a specialty pharmaceutical company. Mr. Slepicka spent 15 years as a Portfolio and Risk Manager for global bank UBS, and was President of the bank’s U.S. subsidiary, UBS Futures Inc. Mr. Slepicka has also been involved with the Hephzibah Children's Home, the Traders Foundation, the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Illinois Fatherhood Initiative. Mr. Slepicka has an MBA from the JL Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s from Northern Illinois University.
